Are any of you familiar with Ali Edwards' Week in the Life project? The idea is to record a week in your life: all the normal, ordinary bits that often get overlooked. I'd
heard about it before but this is the first time I've tried it. Looking back on my pictures I realized I seem to be a bit shy getting my
camera out around other people, notice the lack of them in these shots? Part of it is that at work there are
privacy/confidentiality issues so I couldn't take pictures there but I did see people outside of work... they just didn't make it in front of the camera! Something to work on for the next time Week in the Life comes around!

Years ago before I knew what a blog was a friend who made cards told me about Ali's site. Her blog was the very first blog I read. I love what she does with paper and photos. A week in the life is meaningful and not overwhelming. I have so many memory keeping projects that I intend to do, but then give up because they are too complicated. Good for you for doing it!
